Hello dearies! :]

Remember the competition that we had in CEFC? heh~ How could you forget eh? Well, here's an announcement to announce the winner for the competition!

As everyone knows, voting is done, 50% by staff and 50% by members.. Vote counts are based on the percentage of the total number of people who voted since the staff count and members count differ by a huge margin, thus, we decided to use the percentage to decide on the winner..

Anyway, enough of my nagging and wordiness. heh~
