On behalf of the administrators, i would like to issue a post to inform and update all CEFC active members on what is happening within the forum.

1) Our forum is no longer open for registration.

This means that at this moment, we will not be accepting new members due to the sensitive nature and content of our forum. As for when our forum will be opened for registration, this would be updated in the later days to come. For now, the forum will remain closed for registration until we issue further notice.

We Have decided to open up registration for the forum on the 1st and the 15th of every month. So if ya know of any ce fans who want to join the forum do tell them so they can join ^^

2) Deletion of inactive members

We are also in the process of deleting inactive members. What are considered inactive members?

Any members who are found to be within the listed points above will be deleted from our members list.

This is only the start of more to come. But till then, there will be continuous updates within the next few months.

In the meantime, for those who have not been posting but have been lurking around in CEFC, we would urge you to start posting if you are a true CE fan. This is the prevent your membership in CEFC be taken off.

You may ask why are we starting to get strict in CEFC.

Well, rest assured, we are not beginning to be stricter in CEFC. :) We are just trying to make CEFC a safe and carefree place that it used to be. I believe after going through so much together, most of you would be agreeable with some changes to the forum to protect us, as well as Chun and Ella themselves.

Thus, we are implementing some changes to prevent those who aren't true CE fans to register themselves as member, and lurk in here to read information and bring it outside.

Most of you know that some of our information in here are quite sensitive. Pictures that are taken from chunella.cn, evidences and identical accessories are all part and parcel of sensitive contents. Sometimes, permissions are needed from the owners themselves before we can even post them up here.

All these information are taken from very safe forums like chunella.cn and so, if possible, we think that it is only fair that we adhere to the same security standards that they have set for themselves as well as CE.

So.. we hope that you would be able to understand why we are putting in these security measures.

Be rest assured that CEFC will be just like before, full of warmth and laughter, where we are able to speak and imagine and be so open minded in our opinions of CE.

I believe after going through so much in this roller coaster ride, once again, i would mention that you would understand where we are coming from.

We're all working together for the better good of CE and CEFC.

If there are any opinions that you want to help improve CEFC, give us your comments in this thread. If you think that we shouldn't implement these measures, tell it to us because all feedbacks and opinions matter. As long as it is for the good of CEFC, bring it on!

We hope that by implementing these gradual changes, it won't affect how you view CEFC, because remember, we're ONE BIG FAMILY! We're going to help each other out in here and CEFC will always be CEFC. Nothing changes. I'm still the same, as does everyone else. So, we're hoping that the people who are sick and tired of how CEFC turned out to be would come back, and for those who have stuck with us through, you would grow with us! :)

Help us make CEFC a better place by starting in this thread! Haha. For those who have read this, please leave your comments or indicate that you have read this announcement!

Admins: Hi all, we know some of you are not comfortable with the system, but do not worry this system is temporary for now. We will be making changes to the system. The admins have discussed and we might also include system like, invitation registration. Meaning registration is also available upon invitation, however this system is not available yet until we find a way to work it out. Thus, before that happens I hope ya guys can work with us with the system we have right now. Sorry for the incovenience caused, we do hope if you know of any CE fans account who got deleted through our clearing process, please do help us to extend our sincere apologies.

but,what if we only post when we feel like the subject is debateable..I mean,I check this forum everyday cause it keep me updated on both Chun and Ella,but it is not always that I post a reply..so doesnt that disqualify me as a member.?
